$127,200 - $185,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, marketing, operations, and sales teams
  • Own program timelines, milestones, and deliverables for multiple concurrent product initiatives
  • Identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers, and escalate critical issues proactively
  • Establish and maintain program management processes, tools, and best practices

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree or MBA in relevant fields
