Compensation:

$128,100 - $214,000/year

Responsibilities:

Transform internal hiring experiences, own technology solutions for internal talent mobility, collaborate with product managers, and streamline internal transfer processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
• 2+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Experience in roadmap strategy and feature delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with analytical tools like Tableau
• Master's degree in relevant fields
• 5+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
