Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end product strategy for Amazon's Worldwide Heavy & Bulky Customer Experience, mapping the customer journey and defining the product vision and roadmap.
Analyze customer friction data to identify opportunities for improvement and influence stakeholders to prioritize systemic customer experience issues.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning roadmap strategy and end-to-end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
