Responsibilities:
- Define user needs and identify gaps, features enhancements, and opportunities to grow the business.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in Canada.
- Translate strategic vision into actionable plans and lead cross-functional teams.
- Own the end-to-end customer experience for Alexa Canada across various devices.
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product or program management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Experience leveraging technology to drive process improvements.
