Sr. Operations Program Manager, Amazon Leo

This role is based in the USA with remote work options available.

Compensation:

$133,900 - $231,400/year

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end production processes for PCBA, ensuring quality and delivery requirements. Develop supply chain strategies, lead supplier qualification, and drive technical alignment between teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience defining KPIs/SLA's for multi-million dollar businesses
