Sr. Executive Research Recruiter, Principal Engineer Recruiting

This role is based in Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$142,800 - $193,200 annually

Responsibilities:

• Develop multi-channel search strategies for recruiting Principal Engineers.
• Act as a talent adviser to technical and business leaders.
• Engage and assess candidates for senior technical roles.
• Build and maintain talent networks in technology sectors.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of advising and influencing executive leadership.
• 7+ years of recruiting experience in high-tech markets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with executive recruiting and managing teams.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and CRM systems.
