Sr. AML and Account Compliance Program Manager, Americas Account Compliance

This role is remote and focuses on overseeing the AML and compliance program for the Americas.

Compensation:

Base pay ranges from $109,000 to $185,000/year depending on location.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute AML compliance strategies, collaborate with business leaders on compliance risks, enhance tax compliance processes, and manage AML-related projects.

Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience with technology and process improvements
• Master's degree or equivalent
