Sourcing Recruiter, Storage and Analytics, AWS, PES TA

This role is based in San Diego, CA, where you will own the full sourcing lifecycle for specialized engineering roles.

Compensation:

$72,600 - $126,100/year

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for technical talent.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for engineering roles.
• Conduct outreach and initial screening of candidates.
• Partner with recruiting teams to enhance candidate experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience with candidate sourcing and managing multiple searches.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
• Experience in building effective sourcing and assessment strategies.
