Sourcing Recruiter

This role is based in Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$80,200 - $99,100/year

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate talent sourcing channels and develop relationships with hiring managers.
• Close searches against tight deadlines and set benchmarks for metrics.
• Recruit passive candidates and gauge their skill sets against open roles.
• Work closely with Business, TA, and HR leaders to enhance candidate experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
• Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing high volume and niche hiring.
• Participation in technology hiring events and meetups.
