Compensation:

$80,200 - $99,100/year

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring teams to execute sourcing and assessment approaches.
  • Source passive candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive market research.
  • Track and report on key sourcing metrics and hiring funnel data.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS.
  • Support recruitment events and initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
  • Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
  • Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
  • Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events.
