Sourcing Recruiter, OneMedical

This role is based in multiple locations: Arlington, VA, Nashville, TN, and Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$82,700 - $126,100/year

Responsibilities:

• Partner with clinical leaders to hire healthcare providers.
• Implement sourcing strategies and develop a strong candidate pool.
• Conduct initial phone screens and manage candidate expectations.
• Recommend recruitment strategies to support company growth.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in healthcare recruiting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships.
• Proven delivery in competitive roles using strategic sourcing.
