This role is based in Nashville, TN, Arlington, VA, or Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

Salary ranges from $64,800 to $126,100 annually based on location.

Responsibilities:

Partner with clinical leaders to hire healthcare providers, implement sourcing strategies, and develop candidate pools.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing.
• Healthcare recruiting experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships.
• Proven delivery in competitive roles using strategic sourcing.
