Sourcing Recruiter, NA Ops

This role is based in multiple locations: Arlington, VA; Bellevue, WA; and Nashville, TN.

Compensation:

Salary ranges from $50,900 to $99,100 annually depending on location.

Responsibilities:

Recruit passive candidates, build candidate networks, and implement recruitment strategies to support company growth.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience
• Experience with applicant tracking systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in high volume and niche hiring
• Participation in technology hiring events
