Sourcing Recruiter, NA Ops

This position is based in multiple locations: Arlington, VA; Bellevue, WA; and Nashville, TN.

Compensation:

Salary ranges from $50,900 to $99,100 annually depending on location.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit passive candidates and assess their fit for roles.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research.
• Implement recruitment strategies that align with Amazon's mission.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with high volume and niche hiring.
• Participation in technology hiring events and meetups.
