Location:

Arlington, VA; Bellevue, WA; Nashville, TN

Compensation:

$64,800 - $126,100 annually

Responsibilities:

Develop talent sourcing strategies, manage candidate searches, and collaborate with hiring managers to enhance the recruitment process.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience in high-volume hiring environments
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple searches and projects
• Ability to create and measure recruitment workflows
