Sourcing Recruiter, Compute and ML, AWS Talent Acquisition

Location: Arlington, VA; Austin, TX; Jersey City, NJ

Compensation:

$56,600 - $109,000/year

Responsibilities:

Own the full sourcing lifecycle for engineering roles, develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, conduct outreach and screening, and maintain candidate records.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience
• Experience with applicant tracking systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing high volume and niche hiring
• Participation in technology hiring events
