Sourcing Recruiter, Compute and ML, AWS Talent Acquisition

Location:

Arlington, VA; Austin, TX; Jersey City, NJ

Compensation:

$72,000 - $138,700 annually

Responsibilities:

Own the full sourcing lifecycle for specialized engineering and technical roles, develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, and conduct outreach and screening.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of recruiting mid to high-level tech talent
• Experience in candidate sourcing and closing strategies
• 5+ years of passive candidate generation experience
• Experience with CRM, ATS, or related systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple searches and projects
• Experience with resume databases and internet sourcing tools
