Sourcing Recruiter, Compute and ML, AWS Talent Acquisition

This role is based in Arlington, VA, Austin, TX, or Jersey City, NJ.

Compensation:

$72,000 - $138,700 annually

Responsibilities:

Own the full sourcing lifecycle for technical roles, develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, conduct outreach and screening, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of recruiting mid to high-level tech talent
• Experience with candidate sourcing and closing strategies
• 5+ years of passive candidate generation experience
• Experience with CRM, ATS, or related systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships
• Experience with resume databases and sourcing tools
