Compensation:

$72,000 - $126,100 annually

Responsibilities:

Own the full sourcing lifecycle for specialized engineering roles, develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of recruiting mid to high-level tech talent
  • Experience in candidate sourcing and closing strategies
  • 5+ years of experience with CRM, ATS, or related systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships
  • Ability to create and scale workflows among candidates and hiring teams
