Sourcing Recruiter, AWS TA

This role is based in Arlington, VA or Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

USA, VA, Arlington - $72,000 - $126,100/year; USA, WA, Seattle - $82,700 - $126,100/year.

Responsibilities:

Manage candidate searches, partner with hiring teams, and build effective sourcing strategies. Recruit passive candidates and maintain a network of potential candidates.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience in candidate sourcing and closing strategies
• 3+ years of passive candidate generation experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships
• Experience with CRM, ATS, or related applicant tracking software
