Sourcing Recruiter, AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) TA

This role is based in Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$82,700 - $126,100 annually

Responsibilities:

• Partner with recruiters to build sourcing strategies for Network Development Engineer roles.
• Proactively source passive tech candidates and assess initial fit.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to hiring teams.
• Document sourcing plans with clear deliverables and metrics.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting mid to high-level tech talent.
• 3+ years of passive candidate generation experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple searches and projects.
• Experience creating and scaling workflows among candidates and hiring managers.
