Sourcing Recruiter, AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) TA

This role is based in Arlington, VA.

Compensation:

$72,000 - $126,100 annually

Responsibilities:

• Partner with recruiters to build effective sourcing strategies for technical roles.
• Proactively source passive candidates and assess initial fit.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to hiring teams.
• Document sourcing plans and metrics to track effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting mid to high-level tech talent.
• 3+ years of experience in passive candidate generation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships.
• Ability to create and scale workflows among candidates and hiring teams.
