Aurora, ElastiCache, Neptune, and our broader portfolio serve millions of customers — and the teams building them need exceptional talent to keep pushing forward. We're looking for a Sourcing Recruiter who is energized by the hunt — someone who thrives in niche, hyper-competitive technical markets and knows how to find, engage, and inspire passive talent that most recruiters can't reach. This isn't requisition-filling. This is pipeline architecture for some of the most specialized engineering roles in cloud infrastructure.

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience- Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies- Experience recruiting for mid-senior level talent

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships- Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
