Sourcing Recruiter

This role is based in multiple locations: Arlington, VA; Nashville, TN; and Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

Salary ranges from $64,800 to $126,100 annually based on location.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit passive candidates and assess their fit and motivation.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research.
• Recommend recruitment strategies to support long-term growth.
• Articulate a recruitment plan with deliverables and timelines.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience in building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple searches and client relationships.
• Experience in creating and scaling workflows among candidates and hiring managers.
