Compensation:
$72,000 - $138,700 annually
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for cloud computing and infrastructure roles.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
- Screen and evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Track sourcing metrics and maintain ATS data accuracy.
- Represent Amazon at recruiting events.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing multiple searches and projects.
- Ability to create and scale workflows among candidates and hiring managers.
