Sourcing Recruiter

This role can be based in Arlington, VA, Bellevue, WA, or Nashville, TN.

Compensation:

Salary ranges from $50,900 to $99,100 annually based on location.

Responsibilities:

Develop talent sourcing channels, build relationships with hiring managers, and manage recruitment processes. Recruit passive candidates and maintain a network of potential candidates.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
• Experience with applicant tracking systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing high volume and niche hiring
• Participation in technology hiring events and meetups
