As a Sourcing Recruiter, you'll be on the front lines of talent discovery, identifying and engaging top engineering talent in some of the most competitive and niche markets in the industry.In this role, you'll build and execute sourcing strategies, develop candidate pipelines, and partner closely with Recruiting Business Partners and hiring managers to understand what great talent looks like for each search. You'll own the top of the funnel — from market research and candidate identification to outreach and initial engagement — and play a critical role in delivering qualified, diverse slates against tight timelines.
