Sourcing Recruiter , Amazon Security Talent Acquisition

This role is based in Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$82,700 - $126,100 annually

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches.
• Recruit passive candidates focusing on cultural fit and motivation assessment.
• Build and maintain candidate networks through proactive market research.
• Screen and interview candidates to create ideal candidate slates.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
• Experience recruiting for mid-senior level talent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships.
