Compensation:

$80,200 - $99,100/year

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and candidate assessment approaches, manage expectations, and provide strategic guidance in recruitment.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience
• Experience with applicant tracking systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing high volume and niche hiring
• Participation in technology hiring events
