Sourcing Recruiter, Amazon Leo

This role is based in Bellevue, WA, working with Amazon Leo, Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite network.

Compensation:

$82,700 - $126,100/year

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring teams to develop sourcing and candidate assessment strategies.
• Recruit passive non-technical and technical candidates.
• Provide strategic guidance to business leaders on hiring matters.
• Develop sourcing models to generate talent pools.
• Conduct candidate interviews and manage timelines.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience in building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple searches and client relationships.
• Experience in creating and scaling workflows among candidates and hiring managers.
