Sourcing Recruiter, ADC

This role is based in Arlington, VA, Austin, TX, or Herndon, VA.

Compensation:

$72,000 - $126,100/year

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for cloud computing and infrastructure roles.
• Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
• Screen and evaluate candidates' qualifications.
• Track sourcing metrics and maintain ATS data accuracy.
• Represent Amazon at recruiting events.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple searches and projects.
• Ability to create and scale workflows among candidates and hiring managers.
