This role is based in Tokyo, Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Promote AWS value and provide architectural support to major retail and consumer goods companies.
- Build relationships with senior leaders and identify new technical opportunities.
- Design customer solutions and advise on trade-offs.
- Transform solutions into reusable artifacts for other architects.
- Contribute to AWS platform improvements based on customer feedback.
Basic Qualifications:
- Fluency in Japanese and Business level English.
- 10+ years of technical specialist, design, and architecture experience.
- 7+ years of project management experience.
- 3+ years of cloud-based solution experience.
- Experience with AI systems and CI/CD.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with emerging technologies and migrating legacy solutions to the cloud.
- Background in e-commerce, digital marketing, or customer service delivery.
