Software Engineering Manager , Rendering Foundations - Mobile Rendering

This role is based in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Compensation:

171,400.00 - 286,200.00 CAD annually

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a team of software engineers in an Agile environment, define strategy and roadmap, manage project plans, and ensure operational excellence.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 7+ years of engineering experience
• 8+ years of experience in multi-tier web services development
• Knowledge of software development life cycle practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in communicating with technical teams and senior leadership
• Experience in recruiting and mentoring software engineers
