Software Engineering Manager III, Zappos/Shopbop Catalog Engineering

This role is based in Madison, WI.

Compensation:

$166,400 - $287,700/year

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of 8 engineers, drive technical excellence, partner with product and marketing teams, and own the technical roadmap.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 7+ years of engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting and mentoring software engineers
• Experience integrating LLMs into production systems
