Software Engineering Manager, eero Core Engineering

This role is based in San Francisco, CA.

Compensation:

$166,400 - $287,700/year

Responsibilities:

Lead the Core Engineering team, drive strategic planning, project execution, and develop engineering talent.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 7+ years of engineering experience
• 8+ years of experience in multi-tier web services
• Knowledge of software/hardware/network development life cycle

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in communicating with users and senior leadership
• Experience in recruiting and mentoring software engineers
