Software Engineering Manager, AWS EKS

This role is based in Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$184,900 - $250,200/year

Responsibilities:

Manage engineering teams for EKS products, oversee product development, and ensure operational excellence.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 7+ years of experience in engineering teams
• 8+ years leading multi-tier web services development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting and mentoring software engineers
• Strong communication skills with technical teams and leadership
