Software Engineering Manager, AWS CloudFormation

This role is based in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Compensation:

$171,400 - $286,200/year

Responsibilities:

Drive improvements in the CloudFormation Control Plane, ensuring safe and efficient infrastructure provisioning at scale.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 7+ years of experience within engineering teams
• 3+ years of designing or architecting systems
• 8+ years leading multi-tier web services development
• Knowledge of full software development life cycle

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in user communication and requirement gathering
• Skills in recruiting, mentoring, and managing software engineering teams
