Software Development Engineer, Invoice By Amazon

This role is based in Madrid, Spain.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of ordering platforms.
• Design and modify scalable software architecture of full stack systems.
• Deliver and maintain medium-sized features independently.
• Apply software engineering best practices throughout the development life cycle.
• Collaborate with teammates and troubleshoot customer issues.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience building complex software systems delivered to customers.
• Experience with design patterns, reliability, and scaling of systems.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, C++, C#).
• Familiarity with the full software development life cycle.
• Good English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Interest in Distributed Systems, Microservices, AWS, and agile software development.
