Software Development Engineer II (full stack dev)

This role is based in Bangalore, KA, IND.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build large-scale distributed systems powering Alexa Smart Home.
• Collaborate with engineers across Alexa and Amazon to define, design, and ship new features.
• Lead technical decision-making and mentor fellow engineers.
• Work across multiple disciplines (backend, frontend, DevOps).

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
• 3+ years of programming using a modern programming language such as Java, C++, or C#.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Apple platform development experience.
• 1+ years of Android development experience.
