Senior WW Specialist Solutions Architect - Amazon Connect, AWS, AWS Applied AI Solutions

This role is based in Melbourne or Sydney, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to unblock critical business challenges.
• Act as a thought leader through AWS blogs, whitepapers, and public-speaking events.
• Partner with Business Development teams to define technical components of GTM concepts.
• Develop and support an internal community of technical subject matter experts.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years in design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
• 5+ years managing technical, enterprise customer-facing resources.
• 4+ years of contact center experience or web technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in software development and programming/scripting.
• Experience in migrating or transforming legacy solutions to the cloud.
• AWS certification or Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
