Senior Worldwide Specialist Solutions Architect, Amazon Connect

This role is based in London, GBR.

Responsibilities:

Design advanced, AWS-optimized communication architectures for enterprise customers. Provide expert guidance to go-to-market teams and unblock critical customer business challenges. Represent customer perspectives, curating feature requests and technical feedback.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data and analytics.
• Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• Experience in the customer service/contact center industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with end user or developer communities.
• Advanced infrastructure and networking architecture experience.
• Deep understanding of enterprise communication technologies.
