Senior Worldwide Partner Specialist Solutions Architect, Amazon Connect

This position is based in London, GBR.

Responsibilities:

• Represent customer and partner voices; collaborate with teams to provide feedback to product teams.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to support partners in addressing critical business challenges.
• Own technical standards and artifacts for specialist technical areas.
• Support field marketing with technical insights and customer engagements.
• Share best practices through AWS blogs, whitepapers, and public speaking events.
• Create enablement materials for AWS solutions integration.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
• Management experience with technical, enterprise customer-facing resources.
• 5+ years of Contact Center design and architecture experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience shaping business strategy for technical products.
• Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
• AWS certification or similar cloud certification.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
