Senior UX Designer

Location:

Culver City, CA; San Francisco, CA; New York, NY

Compensation:

$137,800 - $211,600 annually

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers.
• Conduct hands-on research to understand user needs.
• Present work in design reviews and feedback sessions.
• Mentor junior designers and promote best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of UX design experience.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong interaction design and visual craft skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI workflows and UGC platforms.
• B.S. or higher in Design or related field.
