Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with interdependencies across engineering, science, product, and business teams.
  • Contribute to product roadmap prioritization based on business value and technical feasibility.
  • Build consensus among senior leadership on technical approaches, resource allocation, and priority trade-offs.
  • Identify technical risks early and drive mitigation strategies in partnership with engineering leadership.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics frameworks to measure program health, business impact, and customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses.
