Senior Technical Program Manager, Amazon Access

This role is based in Vancouver, BC, and focuses on managing programs that improve access to Amazon's services for lower-income customers.

Compensation:

128,100 - 214,000 CAD annually

Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end delivery of programs related to payments, grocery, and customer acquisition while coordinating with various teams including engineering and legal.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams
• 3+ years of software development experience
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years in project management disciplines
• Experience defining KPIs/SLA's for multi-million dollar businesses
