Senior Specialist Solutions Architect, Amazon Connect, AWS

This position is based in Tokyo, Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to unblock critical business challenges.
• Act as a thought leader through AWS blogs and public-speaking events.
• Collaborate with Business Development teams on go-to-market strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Fluency in Japanese and Business level English.
• 7+ years of design/implementation experience with distributed applications.
• 5+ years managing technical, customer-facing resources.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with scripting/coding (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
• History of successful technical consulting engagements.
• AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise.
