Senior Specialist Solutions Architect - Amazon Connect, AWS

This role is based in Melbourne or Sydney, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to unblock critical business challenges.
• Act as a thought leader by sharing best practices through various forums.
• Collaborate with Business Development teams to define technical components of solutions.
• Develop and support an internal community of technical experts.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of design/implementation/consulting experience with distributed applications.
• 5+ years managing technical, customer-facing resources.
• Experience with integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with scripting/coding (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
• Successful technical consulting engagements with large-scale customers.
• AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise.
