What you'll do:
As a core member of the software team, you will manage your personal backlog, prioritize issues, and lead the design of features across the organization. Your main focus will be on firmware development for battery-powered devices on Linux and/or RTOS based SOCs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver firmware for new and existing Ring devices.
- Collaborate with partners and teams to solve challenging problems.
- Communicate proactively and provide technical leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience as a mentor or tech lead.
- Proficient in modern programming languages like Java, C++, or C#.
- Embedded development experience in C/C++.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Experience with the full software development life cycle.
