Senior Software Development Engineer, Intelligent Cloud Hosting (ICON), ICON Dublin

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build innovative technologies in a large distributed computing environment.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to refine project scopes and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor other engineers and raise the bar on design and code.
• Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software.
• Solve complex and ambiguous problems as ICON continues to scale.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience as a mentor or tech lead.
• Experience leading architecture and design of systems.
• Professional software development experience with modern languages such as Java, C++, or C#.
• Development experience in the last 3 years.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience with the full software development life cycle.
