Senior Safety Design and Engineering Manager , Safety Engineering (EU & Rest of World)

This role is based in Madrid, Spain, with a mix of site and office work, requiring frequent travel (approx. 60%-70% of the time).

Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance for safety in Fulfilment Centres, Sort Centres, and Delivery Stations. Define and update technical standards, conduct risk assessments, and mentor team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Extensive experience in Safety Engineering risk management focused on machinery safety to EU standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with lean principles/Six Sigma methodologies
• Master's degree or equivalent
• CMSE or FS Engineer certifications
